The views are spectacular and it was a real pleasure to be cosy and comfortable while watching the rain, clouds and sunshine all take their turn over the lake. The house itself is nicely furnished and lovely and warm, with a well stocked kitchen and two full bathrooms.
The location is very remote, lovely for a break from the world but a car is definitely needed to get around. All in all, we would recommend without hesitation and we would love to return some time."

We’re Colleen and Jacquelyn — childhood friends who grew into family and shared a vision. With deep roots in Ireland (Colleen’s family hails from three generations back, and Jacquelyn is now proudly an almost-Irish citizen), we dreamed of creating more than just another County Mayo holiday rental.
